NO refunds will be granted due to a lack of removal at the designated times.  Items remaining after the scheduled removal time will be considered abandoned and you will be charged a removal and handling fee.

 A 15% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. Please keep this in mind when you bid.

PAYMENT -   We accepted Visa, MasterCard, money orders, certified bank checks and cash.  Payment for all of your winning bids must be made in full before removal of any of your items.

STAGGERED CLOSING: The online auction closes several items per minute.

DYNAMIC CLOSING: The actual closing time on any particular item will be automatically extended several additional minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes.  This feature eliminates last minute "Bid Sniping" and makes the process fair for everyone.

Out Bid Notification:   If you have been outbid you will be automatically alerted by email accept during the hectic closing minutes of the sale.

WINNING BIDDER NOTIFICATION:   Shortly after the auction closes, you will receive an email itemizing your purchases and the amount owed including buyers premium and applicable taxes.  

State Sales Tax will be collected unless you are exempted and we have a copy of your Tax Id on file prior to bidding.
